How A Devoted Yogi Deconstructed the Body Of Fear

Hi there,

Hope you're doing well.

I just read a phenomenal book published in 1946, and the book was actually one of Steve Job's faves. It's called 'An Autobiography of A Yogi' written by Paramahansa Yogananda.

There are three qualities that I like about this book. First, universality. It's not only timeless, but it resonates and able to connect to people from different walks of life—secondly, relevance. The book is appropriately adaptable to the current time, any periods or circumstances. The last one is momentum. There are certain emotional and spiritual quantities on this book that it grants readers such collective emotions that readers can transcend into a higher level of spirituality.

But there is one thing that attracts me to dive deeper into the sea of wisdom. Yogananda deconstructs the body of fear and forty-six later, a neuropsychologist identifies and reconstruct what we want to know anything about.

Please feel free to comment below if you have any personal experiences with fear and what it means to you personally, or you're free to read the article. The link below:

Last but not least, please stay safe. Till I see you again very soon and take care.
